FYI: Never fails to kill me a little whenever I work so hard on anatomy and its nearly covered all in shadow. Sigh.... well on to part two!

The first one is actually from 2009 but they all go together. A friend of a friend really liked the original princess and the frog paintings and wanted a rendition of his own. Hence these were born. The frog is a stuffed toy that his brother adores but his sister in law hates. Hence the last two pieces. I like how the last one turned out in this one now that I learned what not to do. Enjoy! Just finished this twenty minutes ago! This is something I've been meaning to paint for a long time now and finally did! Yay! Guardian Angel falling from heaven during a battle with the 1/3. He clings to Christ as he falls to Earth. Not knowing if he'd ever return or what purpose he will serve upon the planet below. Watercolor and Gouache and the magic of Salt! That's right, salt!

A recent picture I had just finished last night. This is a scene from my merman story where the character, Dorian (the one with the pearl tail) is showing off the anklet he stole off a human in a dare. Boys, such show offs. This was all done in watercolor with some gouache for bubbles and scales.
